3. Termination

By Users

Accounts may be terminated anytime by closing the account.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No guarantees of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement are made. Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation is not warranted.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if damages were foreseeable.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

California state law governs these Terms. All disputes are resolved exclusively in federal or state courts in San Francisco, California.

7. Changes to Terms

xtractor.app may modify Terms anytime. Changes become effective upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final except when software fails to work as advertised.
Refund requests require detailed screenshots and comprehensive issue descriptions.
Decisions are made case-by-case at xtractor.app's sole discretion.
Prior software use doesn't guarantee refund eligibility.
